Former Rangers Goalie Corey Hirsch

Then former New York Rangers goaltender Corey Hirsch joined the program and spoke about his hockey career, including some of his favorite players and a surprising favorite team growing up in Western Canada, some of the great coaches he was lucky enough to have early in his hockey career, being drafted by the New York Rangers, his time in NHL, and winning the silver medal for Canada in the 1994 Olympics in  Lillehammer, Norway. Hirsch also discussing a bit about his coaching career, and his new role as television hockey analyst on Canada’s Sportsnet.

Derek and John closed out the show with Hirsch giving his thoughts on the current goaltenders here in New York, as well as some of his favorites around the National Hockey League.
